“I’ve run a concrete contracting business in Tulsa for years. Every busy week has the same story — I lose money because a truck ghosts me, then spend an hour calling dispatchers to find a backup. HaulBid is the app I wish existed. So I built it.”

Frequently asked

When does HaulBid launch?

We’re targeting summer 2026 in the Tulsa metro. Waitlist members get early access and the founding-25 promo.

How much does it cost?

5% platform fee from each side (10% total) — but the first 25 of each side pay 0% for the first 90 days. No subscription, no setup cost.

What do drivers need to sign up?

Valid CDL, commercial auto insurance, and a Stripe Connect account (we walk you through it — takes 5 minutes).

What kinds of jobs work for HaulBid?

Anything you’d send a single dump truck on — broken concrete haul-off, dirt, sand, gravel, base, fill, asphalt millings. We’ll add multi-truck and rolloff support after launch.

Why Tulsa first?

Density wins in marketplaces. Better to dominate one metro than be thin in five. Once Tulsa hits 100 jobs/week, we expand to OKC.

Who’s behind it?

Sam Nachbor — a working concrete contractor in Tulsa. Not a VC firm out of San Francisco. We feel the pain ourselves.
